Merlen Bakehouse began with our head baker and a cinnamon roll recipe passed down through the family. What started in a home kitchen became a small-batch bakehouse built on patience, real ingredients, and the belief that the best things can’t be rushed.
Every Saturday, we bake a limited drop fresh to order — no freezers, no shortcuts. Just heritage, in every bite.
